The lime and coconut come through beautifully without the heat ever overpowering it, so it works on everything from tacos to grilled chicken. That herby freshness is exactly what I wanted from a milder sauce, and the bottle’s lasted me a good few weeks.

The coconut and lime combo is what sold me—it’s fresh without being sharp, and the herbs give it a depth I didn’t expect from a mild sauce. I’ve been spooning it over grilled shrimp and even eggs, and it works everywhere. My only complaint is that the bottle’s gone faster than I’d like.
