Neil’s Real Deal – Chimichurri Habanero pálivá omáčka | 155 ml

The herb and garlic really come through before the habanero kicks in, which is exactly what I wanted from a chimichurri-style sauce. Used it on grilled steak last night and the Ghost pepper heat lingers nicely without drowning out the vinegar.

I was expecting a one-note burn, but this one actually tastes like the chimichurri it’s based on—bright and herby, with the heat from the habanero and ghost pepper sneaking up after a few seconds. The herb and garlic come through first, then the habanero lingers just long enough to make you reach for another spoonful. I’ve been putting it on everything from eggs to grilled chicken, and that vinegar kick keeps it bright instead of just burning. The 155 ml bottle won’t last me long at this rate
