Two capsules a day and I’m honestly surprised how easy they are to swallow—no fishy aftertaste at all. The 180 mg EPA per capsule feels like a solid middle ground for heart support without breaking the bank.
The price for the EPA/DHA amounts is genuinely hard to beat, and I appreciate that it's straightforward omega-3 without any extras. One capsule a day is easy to swallow, and I've noticed my joints feel less stiff in the mornings lately.
The 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA per capsule is exactly what I was looking for to support my heart health, and the price feels fair for the quality. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that fishy aftertaste I've had with other brands.
