Edward H. ★★★★★

The sourdough tang comes through beautifully, and that golden linseed crust adds just the right crunch without making it dry. I've been eating it toasted with avocado every morning—two slices keep me full until lunch, which is rare for me with wheat-free bread.

Adam ★★★★★

This loaf's got that proper dense, sourdough tang I crave, and the golden linseeds give it a nice little crunch in every slice. It's been my go-to for toast all week and I love that I don't have to worry about wheat or added yeast.

David P. ★★★★☆

It's dense and hearty like I hoped, but the golden linseed gives it a nice little crunch that keeps it interesting. The sourdough tang comes through well and it toasted up beautifully with my eggs this morning, though it does go stale faster than sliced bread from the shop.
