The coconut milk gives it a silky richness that actually coats the noodles instead of just pooling at the bottom, and the chilli heat stays gentle enough for my kids to eat it too. We've used it three times this week already.
Took this from a weeknight stir-fry to something that actually tasted like takeout, the chilli heat is there but the coconut milk keeps it creamy instead of fiery. One jar did a whole meal for two with plenty left over.
Tossed this into a quick stir-fry after work and the peanut flavor was rich without being heavy, and the chilli gave it just enough warmth. The sauce coated everything evenly, so I didn't need to add anything else. Definitely a keeper for weeknight dinners.
