Všechno, co milujete na enchiladě, v misce! Začínáme bylinkovou omáčkou z koriandru smíchanou s nadýchanou quinoou a proteiny nabitou prastarou obilninou, kamutem. Naše pikantní omáčka ančo-chipotle je dokonale provařená a smíchaná s drobenkou z tempehu. Misku doplníme nakládaným zelím a cibulí, černými fazolemi, kukuřicí a naším „guacamole“ z čerstvého hrášku.

Claire L. ★★★★★

The ancho-chipotle sauce has just the right kick without overpowering the kamut, which adds a nice chewy texture I wasn't expecting. I heated mine up for lunch and the whole bowl held together perfectly, no sad watery mess at the bottom.

The cilantro sauce mixed into the quinoa and kamut is what sold me—it’s herby and fresh, so the spicy ancho-chipotle doesn’t overpower everything. I’ve already ordered it twice this week and it heats up perfectly.

John T. ★★★★★

The ancho-chipotle sauce has just the right kick—warm and smoky without overpowering the herby quinoa and kamut underneath. I was skeptical about a veggie bowl leaving me full, but the grain mix is seriously substantial. Already ordered another one.
