The glossy porcelain finish catches the light beautifully, and it’s just the right flat surface to rest the mug on without wobbling. I’ve been using it as a small plate for a pastry too, and it cleans up in seconds.
Used it as a saucer under my double wall mug this morning and the glossy porcelain handled the heat beautifully, no stains after a full pot of tea. The flat rim gives just enough room for a spoon too, which I didn't expect but love.
This little plate is the perfect sidekick for my morning mug — the glossy white porcelain catches the light beautifully and keeps stray tea drips off the table. It's just deep enough to feel secure as a saucer, and I've even used it to hold a couple of cookies alongside my coffee.
