This is my third pack in two months, and the fact that the pasta is gently dried after resting really comes through in the taste—it holds its shape perfectly and doesn’t turn mushy even when I reheat leftovers. The wholewheat bite is firm without being tough, which my kids actually enjoy.
The texture is spot on—hearty but never chewy, and it holds sauce beautifully in every twist. I've made it twice this week, once with a simple tomato toss and once baked, and both dinners felt properly satisfying. This is my new pantry staple for weeknights.
The slow drying really comes through—each penne holds its shape perfectly and has a nutty depth that boxed supermarket pasta just doesn’t match. I’ve been using it for hearty veggie bakes and it stays al dente even after reheating.
