16 cm empire-skærm i jaggery 'spriglee' linned af Ellen Merchant

It’s exactly the kind of cheerful pattern that brightens a plain room—the jaggery linen has a warm, earthy tone that feels much richer in person, and the shade fits my 16cm lamp base perfectly. The floral print looks like a little piece of a garden sketch, and the light glows through it so softly.

The hand-carved linocut texture really comes through in the linen—up close it feels like actual artwork, not just a print. The jaggery tone is warmer and more dimensional than I expected, casting a soft amber glow at night. It's the perfect size for my bedside table.

The little jasmine blossoms on this shade have so much movement, like they're about to climb right off the linen. It throws the warmest, softest glow in my reading corner, and the 16cm size is perfect for my small table lamp.
