40 cm lige empireskærm i calendula kridtstriber

I was drawn to the chalky, slightly off-kilter stripe pattern—it adds just the right amount of character without being too busy. The calendula yellow is warmer and more comforting in person than I expected from the photo.

The stripes are so subtly imperfect up close that they feel hand-drawn, and the cotton shade throws a wonderfully warm, diffused glow. The calendula tone is more comforting in person than in photos, and the solid tape trim gives it a clean finish.

The yellow is exactly that chalky, comforting tone I was hoping for, and the cotton shade casts a warm glow that makes my reading nook feel instantly cozier. The solid tape trim finishes it off neatly, though the slightly uneven stripes are what give it that handmade charm.
