I bought the mini size to test it before committing to a bigger one, and within an hour my whole bedroom smelled like warm amber and vanilla. The mandarin keeps it from turning too heavy, which is usually my problem with amber candles.
The bergamot opening is what surprised me most — sharp for a minute, then it melts into that warm amber and vanilla. I light it on the edge of my desk while I read and it never turns heavy or cloying.
The vanilla and amber come through warm and rich, but that mandarin top note keeps it from feeling heavy—really nice balance for a small space. Burn time feels a bit short for the price, though the scent throw is impressive for a mini.
