The name really fits — this coffee feels like sunshine in a mug, and the dual natural and honey processing gives it a brightness I haven't found in other single origins. I've already brewed two bags in a week and it's become my morning ritual.
The mix of natural and honey processing really comes through—there’s this layered sweetness that shifts as the cup cools, which I didn’t expect from a single origin. I’ve been brewing it in my pour-over and it’s been my favorite part of the morning all week.
