Moved my whole stew from stovetop to oven without a second pan, and the heat retention kept it bubbling evenly for hours. The natural seasoning means I didn't even have to oil it before the first use.

The seasoning on this pot is the real deal—my first cornbread came out with zero sticking, and the heat retention kept a stew bubbling for over an hour after I turned off the burner. It’s heavy, but that’s exactly what I wanted for low-and-slow cooking.

Dropped a whole chicken and root veggies in here last Sunday and the heat retention kept everything simmering perfectly for hours. The naturally seasoned surface means I didn't even need oil, and cleanup was just a quick wipe. This pot's built like it'll outlive me.
