The crunch on these is perfect—firm enough to hold up on a cheese toastie without turning soggy. I chopped a few into my gazpacho last night and the tangy bite really lifted the whole bowl. Salsa’s next on my list.
These gherkins are dangerously easy to snack on straight from the jar, but they really shine chopped up in my salsa. That 680g size lasts surprisingly long, and they’ve got that perfect crunch I’m always chasing.
