The mouth-blown glass has a nice weight to it, and the rippled surface makes it feel more dynamic than a standard vase. I put it on my console table with a few dried branches, and it instantly elevated the whole room.
The hand-cut facets catch the light differently depending on where the sun hits it, which I wasn't expecting from photos. Mine sits on the dining table with just a few dried stems and it looks like a sculpture on its own.
The mouth-blown glass makes the rippled surface look different from every angle, and the hand-cut facets catch afternoon light across my dining table. Mine has one tiny irregularity in the glass, which honestly just proves it was made by a person.
