Keep Tahoe Blue Bandana

My dog actually kept his tongue in his mouth for once on our last hike—that soak-and-tie trick really works. The bandana stayed damp for a good couple of hours on the switchbacks, and he didn’t try to shake it off once.

My dog actually slowed down to enjoy the hike this time instead of panting the whole way—just soaking it in water and tying it around her neck made a real difference. It stayed cool for a good chunk of the trail, and the fabric didn't drip all over the car seat on the drive home.

Soaked it, wrung it out, and tied it around my dog’s neck before our afternoon hike—he stayed noticeably cooler on the switchbacks, and it stayed damp for a solid hour. The fabric held up great after a full day in my pack and a quick rinse in the lake.
