I’ve been using this in my garden for the past week, and the mid-length handle lets me reach into tight spots without having to crouch too low. The blade is narrow enough to slide right alongside pavers, making weed removal much quicker than with my old hand trowel.
The mid-length handle is what sold me, since a full-size hoe is too unwieldy between my raised beds and a short hand tool leaves me hunched over. It pops dandelion taproots out of the gaps in about two seconds each, and the tip hasn't bent yet after a month of hard use.
Weeds between my patio pavers used to mean kneeling with a knife. This thing slices them out in one pull, and the narrow tip gets right into the half-inch gaps without gouging the surrounding grass.
