First whisk I made was this vivid blue-green, almost unreal for matcha, and the velvety texture really came through even without sifting. You can taste the hand-picked Uji care in every sip.
The vivid blue-green color after just a few whisks is honestly stunning, and that velvety texture makes it the smoothest bowl I've had in months. The floral notes are subtle but present, not at all grassy or bitter.
Whisked this up this morning and the color is honestly unreal — that vivid blue-green you just don't see from grocery store matcha. The velvetiness carries through the whole sip, and even the second steep keeps its smoothness.
