The bloating that used to hit me after lunch is basically gone, and I’m not reaching for snacks between meals like I did before. It’s subtle but steady—my stomach feels quieter, and that “un-hunger” feeling actually kicks in about two weeks in.
My cravings for late-night snacking have dropped noticeably since I started these, which is exactly what I hoped for from a GLP-1 support supplement. The probiotic capsules are easy to take with my morning routine, and I feel fuller after meals without any jittery side effects.
The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate. A few days in, my mid-afternoon snack urge just sort of faded—I'm actually reaching for water instead of chips now.
