The golden gardenia aroma hit me the second the hot water touched the leaves—so floral and bright. The final bake gives it a warmth that makes the mineral finish feel cozy rather than sharp. This is my new Sunday afternoon ritual.
That mineral note really does come through — it's like sipping cool spring water with flowers blooming on the finish. I brewed it gongfu style and got eight steeps before it faded. Comforting and bright at the same time.
The final bake gives it this warm, toasty depth that makes the golden gardenia note feel almost honeyed, and the mineral finish lingers like cool spring water. I've brewed it three times already today and each steep stays smooth and comforting.
