I’ve been leaving a loaf in this bag on the counter for four days now and it’s still soft with no mold—the breathable linen really does the job. It’s sturdy enough to carry from the bakery, and I love that I’m not reaching for a plastic wrapper every morning.
The linen weave is tight enough to keep my sandwich loaf from drying out, yet still lets it breathe so the crust doesn’t turn rubbery. I’ve stopped reaching for plastic bags entirely since this arrived, and it’s held up through a couple of wash cycles without fraying.
