The crema on this one is gorgeous—thick and hazelnut-toned—and the milk chocolate note really comes through in the finish. It's become my go-to for a calm afternoon cortado, and the caramel sweetness lingers just long enough to make the next sip feel inevitable.
Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and golden, with that nutty red fruit note coming through clean before the chocolatey finish. The body feels genuinely creamy even in a plain americano, and it's become my go-to for a balanced cup that doesn't need any sugar.
Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick enough to hold a spoon. That nutty, red fruit balance comes through exactly as described, and it’s smooth even without milk. My go-to bag now.
