The Sea Star Canopy Cowl (Hækling)

The US terminology made this so easy to follow since I learned to crochet with American patterns. That textured stitch gives it a really pretty look, and it's warm without being bulky around my neck. Already planning a second one in a different color.

Finally finished mine in a weekend and the stitch design keeps it interesting without being fussy. The US terminology made it easy to follow since I learned to crochet with American patterns anyway. Cozy enough that I've already worn it twice this week.

The stitch pattern looks way more complicated than it actually is, which is my favorite kind of project. I've been crocheting for years and still caught myself admiring how the texture worked up. Written in US terms so no translating needed.
