The cotton yarn has a nice weight to it, so the placemats actually stay flat instead of curling at the corners like my old ones. The matching coasters were a sweet bonus I wasn't expecting. Two weeks of daily dinners and they still look new.
The crochet texture on these is so much nicer than the flat cotton ones I had before, and the coaster set actually matches without looking too matchy. Held up fine after a couple washes too, no fraying on the edges.
The cotton yarn has a nice weight to it, so the placemats actually stay flat instead of curling up at the corners. I've washed them twice already and the texture and color held up fine. Coasters are a nice bonus too.
