GREEN PESTO 120g

Jar was gone in two days flat—the basil is so fresh-tasting it actually smells like a summer garden, and the texture is perfectly coarse without being gritty. Spread it on warm bread and you're basically in Italy.

The pine kernels give it a lovely nutty depth you don't get from cheaper jarred pestos. Stirred a spoonful through hot pasta and it loosened up nicely without turning oily.

The basil comes through so fresh it tastes like it was just picked, and you can actually see the little pine kernels ground through it. I've been spreading it on warm sourdough instead of pasta and it's become my default lunch.
