The cacao flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and the date-and-walnut base gives it a nice chewy texture that doesn’t feel like a chalky protein bar. I’ve been grabbing one after my workouts and the Creapure creatine is a solid bonus. Already ordered another pack.
I was skeptical about a protein bar tasting like an actual treat, but the cacao flavor really comes through and it's not overly sweet. The dates and walnuts give it a nice natural sweetness and crunch that makes it feel like a real brownie.
Chewy texture is spot on, not too dense or dry, and the date sweetness balances the cacao so it doesn't taste artificial. I've been grabbing one post-workout for the creatine kick, and it's genuinely satisfying without feeling like a candy bar.
