So rein wie am Tag des Anzapfens eines weltbekannten kanadischen Ahorns in Bas-Saint-Laurent, enthält unser Sirup keine Zusatzstoffe. Anders als viele Sirupe verwenden wir bei der Herstellung keine tierischen Fette – daher ist unser Sirup zu 100 % vegan.

Dieser Sirup hat ein kräftigeres Aroma als die traditionelle goldene Variante und ist daher beim Kochen wunderbar charakteristisch. Und natürlich eignet er sich auch hervorragend zum Beträufeln von heißen Waffeln.
