Shadow Black Bundle | 8" Kochmesser + 3,75" Schälmesser + 9" Wetzstahl

The paring knife's 3.75-inch blade is just the right size for hulling strawberries and trimming herbs, while the chef's knife glides through onions without much effort. The honing steel keeps both edges sharp between proper sharpenings, and the whole set feels well-balanced in hand.

I’ve been using this set every day for two weeks now, and the chef’s knife still glides through tomatoes without crushing them, even after a quick pass on the honing steel each morning. The paring knife feels perfectly balanced for detail work like coring strawberries, and everything wiped clean wit

The paring knife is so nimble for shallots and herbs, and the chef's knife glides through butternut squash with zero effort. I've had mine for a month and the edge is still razor-sharp, which honestly surprised me for the price. The black finish looks slick hanging on my magnetic strip too.
