Una mezcla de 10 barricas envejecidas entre 3 y 18 meses. Elaborada con trigo crudo, cebada malteada y lúpulo Saaz. Un espectro de carácter de nuestra cerveza base más antigua y sencilla se combina para crear una suma compleja. Esta tiene la mayor presencia de roble hasta ahora y es una mezcla que seguiremos elaborando a lo largo de los años para ver cómo evoluciona.
