I was skeptical about 100% cacao being drinkable, but that red fruit note really rounds out the bitterness beautifully. The sachets dissolve cleanly in my Velvetiser with zero clumps, and it's become my evening ritual.
The pure cacao makes this taste almost like a savory dark chocolate bar melted into a cup, and it pairs beautifully with a splash of milk. Worked perfectly in my Velvetiser, though I'm sure you could whisk it by hand in a pinch.
