I’ve been cooking for just me and my partner, and this 3.5-quart size fits our meals perfectly—no more leftover-heavy pots. The cast iron heats evenly and the lid nests inside so it doesn’t crowd my cabinet at all.

This little pot nests right into the bigger one, which honestly sold me, and the round shape feels way more comfortable for tossing a quick stew on a Tuesday. I’ve used it almost daily for a month and the cast iron heats so evenly for two-person dinners.

    Mia ★★★★★

The 3.5-quart size is absolutely perfect for my solo dinners, and the fact that it nests inside The Dutchess means it doesn’t clutter my tiny cabinet. I’ve used it three times this week already, and the cast iron heats so evenly for small batches.
