Handi-Zest™ Green Citrus Zester

I've been zesting lemons for years and always ended up with a sticky mess on the counter, but the little blade wiper on this thing actually scrapes out the leftover bits so nothing goes to waste. The etched steel blade is genuinely sharp too, cuts through lime skin in one pass.

The little wiper on the back of the blade actually works, I scraped a lemon and got a full pile of zest instead of half of it stuck in the grooves. Blade is properly sharp too, glides right through the peel without digging into the pith.

I’ve wasted so much zest over the years scraping the back of my old zester, so the little blade wiper on this one is honestly a game changer for me. The blade itself is razor sharp too, so it takes almost no effort to get a fine, fluffy pile of peel.
