The response time is instant and the reading is spot-on every single time. I’ve dialed in my water-to-coffee ratio perfectly now, and the consistency between brews is honestly the best part.

My pour-over routine has gotten so much more consistent since I started using this scale. The precision on the measurements means I can finally dial in my coffee-to-water ratio without second-guessing myself. It's simple to use and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

The drip tray is removable, which makes cleanup way less awkward than I expected, and the readings stay steady even when I'm pouring a slow, careful bloom. It's become the one gadget I actually reach for every single morning instead of leaving it in the cupboard.
