The 3g of leucine per scoop is the reason I switched over, and my recovery has genuinely felt better since. I normally hate how chalky protein shakes get, but this one mixes smooth with just a shaker, so I'm actually sticking with it this time.
The 24g of protein per scoop mixes up completely smooth with just water, no clumps or chalky aftertaste. Leucine at 3g is exactly what I need for recovery after evening sessions.
Took a chance on this after seeing the 3g of leucine per serving, and honestly it mixes up smoother than most powders I've tried. The 24g of protein per scoop is spot on for what I need post-workout, and I've noticed better recovery over the last couple of weeks.
