The blade is surprisingly sturdy for a single flatware piece, and it matches perfectly with the rest of my set. I bought it to fill in the gap after losing one, and now the table looks complete again.
Grabbed a single one to round out my set and it matches the others perfectly. The weight feels right in hand, not flimsy at all, and the edge was sharp enough to slice through a tomato without squashing it.
Was pleasantly surprised how well-balanced this single knife feels in hand—it's got a nice heft without being clunky. The fact that I could snag just one to complete my existing set instead of buying a whole box was a real convenience. It matches my other flatware perfectly.
