The garment wash really makes a difference—this sheet feels broken-in and soft from the first night, and it fits our deep mattress perfectly without any slipping.

The elastic hem actually stays put all night, which my old sheet never did. The linen felt a bit stiff right out of the package but softened up after the first wash.
