I was a little worried the carbon finish would look harsh in my living room, but the way the diffuser softens the light around that peacock-inspired shape makes the whole corner feel calm. It's tall enough to stand behind my reading chair without disappearing, yet the glow never feels overpowering.

The diffuser really does mimic a peacock’s tail—the light spreads soft and even across the whole room, not just a spotlight. Assembly took me about ten minutes, and at 67 inches it makes a statement without feeling bulky. Honestly, it’s the most calming lamp I’ve owned.
