Plushie Dreadfuls - Títere de peluche Conejo de la Ansiedad

The puppet is incredibly soft, and slipping my hand inside to make the rabbit nod along actually helps me name what I'm feeling instead of spiraling. It even came with a totebag, which I use to carry it to therapy appointments.

I was skeptical about giving my anxiety a literal voice, but this puppet makes it weirdly easy to joke about the spiral. The hand opening is roomy enough to work the mouth well, and the included totebag is a nice bonus.

The soft plush fabric feels lovely, and the totebag it comes with is a nice surprise for carrying it around. I’ve already used it to vent out loud to my roommate—it’s oddly calming to give my worries a silly little voice.
