I was skeptical about sweet potato in a hot sauce, but the apple sweetness balances the grilled chili and garlic perfectly. Put a few dashes on my fried eggs this morning and it turned a plain breakfast into something special.
The roasted chili heat creeps up nicely behind that sweet potato and apple base—it's a clever combo that actually works. Slathered some on a fried egg sandwich and the garlicky grill notes really came through. Good stuff.
The sweetness from the apple and sweet potato hits first, then that grilled chili and garlic heat creeps in right after—it’s a perfect balance. I’ve been putting it on fried eggs every morning this week, and it’s honestly made them feel special.
