Andrew ★★★★★

The basket lowering and rising on its own is such a small thing, but it completely changes how I brew tea—no more hovering over the pot waiting to fish leaves out. I set it for green tea and the water hit the right temp without me babysitting it.

Charlotte ★★★★★

Being able to set the exact temperature and let it lower the basket automatically is a game changer, I just walk away and come back to perfect tea every time. The basket dropping mechanism works smoothly, and the 1.2L size is plenty for my afternoon refills.

Stella X. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the automated basket dropping and lifting, but it works flawlessly every single time. Being able to set the exact temperature for green tea instead of guessing has completely changed my morning routine.
