Ashwagandha-öljy+

I've been rotating this into my evening routine for a few weeks now, and the way it settles my mind before bed is noticeable. The oil has a rich, herbal depth that feels like a proper Ayurvedic remedy, not a watered-down tincture. It's become the step I actually look forward to.

The blend is wonderfully grounding—I've been using it for evening neck and shoulder massages and the texture absorbs nicely without feeling greasy. Knowing it’s formulated by an Ayurvedic physician gives me extra confidence in the calming herbs working as intended.

I’ve been massaging this oil into my shoulders and neck before bed and the grounding herbs really do live up to the description—my mind feels quieter within minutes, and the texture is rich without being greasy. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my wind-down routine.
