The pump mechanism is so smooth it actually makes me look forward to my morning routine, and the 1.2L size fits a full bag of beans without cramming. My coffee smells noticeably fresher on day ten than it ever did in a regular jar.
My old mason-jar setup always left beans stale by week two, but this 1.2L canister has kept my morning grind tasting fresh for over a month now. The lid twists on smoothly and holds a tight seal that I actually trust with pricey seasonal roasts.
I can hear the seal click when I close the lid, and my last bag of beans stayed noticeably fragrant for two weeks past what I’d usually toss them. The 1.2L size holds a full subscription bag with room to spare, which is exactly what I needed for my weekly rotation.
