I'm usually not one to geek out over tasting notes, but this batch has a genuinely rich, layered sweetness that sticks around long after the last sip. Knowing it comes from four women-led farms makes that morning cup feel a little more meaningful too.
Sweet and bold in exactly the right balance—I kept going back for another sip before I'd even finished my first cup. The natural processing really lets that rich character shine through, and it feels good knowing it's backed by women-led farms.
The fact that this comes from four women-led farms makes it taste even better, and the natural processing gives it a sweet, bold kick that lingers nicely. I brewed it as a pour-over and it held up beautifully, no bitterness at all. Definitely ordering another bag.
