Grand Canyonin kansallispuisto, Arizona
The storm clouds framing the canyon walls make this print feel almost three-dimensional. Hung it above my desk and the warm amber tones still read beautifully even in dim lighting.
That last sliver of sunlight hitting the river while the storm clouds still hang over the canyon is just stunning. The print quality is sharp enough that you can pick out individual ridges on the far wall. It's hanging in my hallway and I stop at it every time I walk past.
The storm clouds in this capture add so much drama; the way the sun's last light hits the river is almost unreal. Printed on high-quality paper, the colors hold that perfect golden-purple transition. It looks even better in person than on my screen.
