Messinkinen jäätelökauha

It's almost too pretty to use, but this scoop's gold finish has held up beautifully after a month of daily gelato duty. The trigger release pops even the hardest frozen yogurt out cleanly, which is more than I can say for any other scoop I've owned.

I’ve had cheap plastic scoops that bend and snap, but this one’s hand-cast metal feels solid and the trigger release pops out a perfect ball of gelato every time. Even after sitting in a warm drawer, the gold finish hasn’t tarnished a bit.

The gold finish is genuinely beautiful, feels heavier and more solid than my old plastic scoop. That trigger release is so smooth it makes scooping gelato feel almost effortless, and it cleans up in seconds.
