Bambukantinen leipälaatikko

The lid flipping over into a cutting board is genius — I slice a loaf right on top and sweep the crumbs straight into the bin. Keeps my sourdough soft for days longer than the paper bag ever did.

Didn't expect the bamboo lid to actually work as a cutting board but I've been slicing my baguettes right on top of the bin and it saves me a board. The rolls I baked Sunday were still soft by Wednesday, which never happened with the paper bag I used before.

I keep a sourdough loaf in here and it's still soft on day three, which my old paper bag never managed. The bin itself wipes clean easily, and it holds a decent amount without hogging the counter.
