Kashmir-vauvanpeitto (Salvia)

I was a little nervous about spending this much on a baby blanket, but the cashmere is unbelievably soft and hasn’t pilled at all after several washes. It’s the perfect weight for draping over the car seat on chilly mornings.

My baby finally stopped fussing in the car seat after I draped this blanket over her lap—it’s thin enough to tuck around her without overheating. The sage color is exactly what I was hoping for, a muted green that doesn’t look washed out. Already ordered a second one as a gift.

The texture is impossibly soft—pure cashmere, nothing else—and it’s already become the only thing our baby will nap on in the car seat. It drapes beautifully in the stroller without being bulky. A splurge, but worth every penny for that cozy cloud feeling.
