The little hanger on the back is cleverly hidden, so it looks great just sitting on the mantel. It's weighty enough to stay put in a centerpiece without being too heavy to move around.

This little cast iron spider has way more weight to it than I expected, feels solid instead of like cheap plastic. I laid it across my Halloween tablescape and the antique black finish blends right into the candles and moss. That hidden hanger on the top is a nice touch too.
