The kiln-roasted nuts were the sleeper hit—crunchy and smoky enough to stand up to the sharpest cheese. Everything felt thoughtfully picked, from the slate board to the tangy chutneys, and it made a perfect spread for our dinner party.
The truffles were gone before we even got to the crackers, and the chutneys had just the right amount of tang against the creamy cheeses. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, and the slate board made it look properly fancy without any extra effort.
The slate board survived a full evening of slicing and spreading, which I was a bit worried about, and the kiln-roasted nuts added a nice crunch that balanced the tangy chutneys perfectly. Everything felt generous enough for four of us to graze on without running out.
