The activated charcoal from amla gives it this earthy texture that actually clings to your teeth for a proper scrub, and I’ve noticed my breath stays fresh for hours after brushing. The miswak and neem combo makes my whole mouth feel like I just left the dentist’s office, which is honestly a win for
My gums feel noticeably cleaner after just a week, and I love that the neem and miswak make it taste like a proper herbal blend rather than fake cinnamon. The powder is a bit messy to dip a wet brush into, but the slightly gritty texture really does scrub off that morning film better than any paste
The charcoal from the amla gives it a really fine texture that mixes into a smooth paste, and the cinnamon-clove flavor is strong without being harsh. I've been using it for two weeks and my mouth feels clean long after brushing.
